I was born in 1993 and remember renting the VHS tape of an episode when i was very young. Loved it and my old man enjoyed the show when he was a kid. So he went out and him and my grandpop bought me every single episode on VHS. It was an entire tote full. I was the happiest child in the world that day and for a very long time after. The fastest car on earth and Car with a brain were my favorite episodes. I got hit with two nostalgic moments with this one because i also remember watching what was then called "Power Block" almost every weekend in the early to mid 2000s. Man do i miss those days.

Yeah in Big boy world they're called annular cutters. They come in many different sizes for many different reasons, but at these sizes yes that is more of a specialty size. Usually the sizes you would normally see start at like 7/8 and go up from there. The biggest ones we use are three and a quarter so 3.250

This is the Express that just means no amenities. If you're lucky, you'll get some mirror side markers and fog lights. The ST seats are just garbage and don't offer any back support. I can do my own audio mods.

This project was literally when I started watching Spike PowerBlock. Although at this point it wasn't even called Spike PowerBlock. That was the next season. I discovered it because I liked The Man Show on Comedy Central and it went to Spike. And then they had the man show on after Son Of The Beach, Tripping The Rift, and Maximum Extreme Challenge MXC. And then the various car shows including Trucks came on, and I was hooked on wanting to be a welder

Started watched Stacey David on Trucks! back in 2003. I absolutely credit him to my fascination with maintenance and restoration of cars and trucks. 21 years later and still get sucked into these episodes!

Planning is the most important, without a plan to keep it together and set a deadline it may not get done or know what is going to be done and how much.... forget that last one.

I went back to using drill bits except I grind it to a more shallow angle. Spot weld cutters are expensive wear out quickly and are virtually impossible to sharpen and they are a pain to use if its angled even slightly wrong it jumps all over the place. Also spot welds are never perfect but I've had pretty good luck using scrapers from harbor freight to get In between the seams.

Those are the worst bits, break teeth 1st drill. Throw them in the round file.

Automotive Body Tech. Here. Spent many days doing this. The worst thing is insurance companies will make you get part of a car that's been cut off with a torch, like a quarter panel. Then you gotta remove the one on the car you are repairing. Then remove the one from the used car section. Then put it on the repair car. All without destroying the used one in the process. It is very thin metal. Lots of welding, cutting, panel adhesive, sound deadening, body filler, rust protection, ect. There is also a small hand held belt sander that can be used to go through the weld but only on the panel being replaced. Doing this really beat my hands up over the years. I won't do it anymore!! DONE WITH ALL THAT B.S.!!!

This is an AMAZING little shorty fast truck V8, 2 door And i belive the R/T version is now collectable and the prices i expected to go to the roof as they are a limited edition and they don't make them anymore

I welded for 20 years with Lincoln and Miller welders. The Millers gave me nothing but trouble. I bought the Lincoln from my Boss when I retired and it's in my garage now, still working like new. The Auto Set feature on the 170 and 190 models we used, never did work right. Luckily the labeled instructions detailing recommended settings inside the door made it irrelevant.
